Worcester U16 A have returned from Pontins as Plate Winners. They beat Didsbury 7-5 in an intense final. They were a credit to themselves and the club. They were awesome all weekend.

The U16 Second team set their targets based on last years performance. With great coaching from Emma Pollard and team determination, in blazing heat and with only 7 in the squad, they achieved and surpassed all of their targets. Well done and many thanks to all concerned, but particularly to "Polly" who led with inspiration and enthusiasm. An enjoyable and fun weekend!

Worcester U15 at pontins 2013 they made it through to the cup this year winning against parkside, but losing to Tameside and Royals placing them 8th out of 24 teams so well done girls massive thanks to liz Hopkins ( Greg) for coaching them this weekend

Worcester's U14B team went into the weekend knowing they were faced with a tremendous challenge.  Individuals on the team had experienced little match play and it's recognised the standard at Pontin's is always competitive and strong. The matches saw Worcester defeated in the final scores but definitely not in spirit and for this each member of the team deserves recognition. At no point over the two days did any player drop their head or show frustration, they showed consistent respect for umpires and their opponents and finished each match with smiling faces.  There were times when the play really came together for the team and it displayed their potential for future development. It's clear each member of the team has a real love of the game and are determined to come back stronger next year. Their sense of fair play and determination is commendable and a real asset to Worcester Netball Club.
